The new cemetery in Greifswald (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) contains several plots with war graves. A total of 97 Polish citizens who died during World War II or died after the end of the war are buried here. 82 people are known by name.
In 2020-2021 the "Polish-German Reconciliation Foundation", as part of a task supported by the "Sites of National Remembrance Abroad" Programme of the Minister, compiled data on the buried persons and made it available, together with a description of the cemetery, on the website of the project "Polish Memorials and War Graves in Germany": https://polskiegroby.pl/cmentarz.php?jez=pl&cmentarzok=951&landok=9&miejsceok=1051.
