Burial place marked by a stele on a two-stepped plinth and banded base. At the top of the stele a medallion with a bas-relief of the Virgin Mary, below a panel with an engraved inscription. The stele flanked on the sides by smaller cuboids, the front with grooves. In front of the stele a jardiniera.

Tu odpoczywa/ JOANNA/ MALCHEROWA/ um. 8./12. 1922 w 31. roku życia./ O dobry Jezu i nasz panie./ Daj jej wieczne spoczywanie. //.
