Burial site originally marked probably by a cross on a three-tier plinth and base. Finial not preserved. First and second steps of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front of the second step of the pedestal an engraved inscription (1). The third step of the pedestal with a rectangular uplift, framed on the sides with pyramids. On the front a panel closed with a trillium, in it a cross engraved, below an engraved inscription (2). The base in the form of stone blocks.

Inscription:

1. WALERYA / BROZ / 18 V 1904 / 15 VII 1905 //.
2. Spij słodko nasza / ukochane dziecie! //.
