The tomb is built on a rectangular plan, with a wall surmounted by a cross, passing into a fence consisting of posts set on a band and connected by a wide railing. Opposite the cross is an open gate, with an entrance narrowed by posts carved in curves. Behind it, a horizontal slab with a prismatic surface treatment, closing off access to the crypt, lying on a floor of stone slabs, and a full-plastic sculpture of a life-size pieta set on a semicircular base, below the cross. The figural composition is modelled on Michelangelo's Vatican Pieta. Cross with arms ending straight, arched widening at the lower part. At the junction of the arms, an unpreserved convex cast of the crown of thorns. On the wall at the front, panels with engraved inscriptions, filled in with gold paint, to the left (1) and right of the pieta (2). Part of the inscriptions in Polish covered by new plaques dedicated to members of the Džurinov family. On the pedestal of the rear corner fence post, to the right of the pieta, the signature of the stonemason's workshop.
