Tombstone of the Chlebik family

The burial place marked by a stele, enclosed by two cuboidal pillars of the same height on a common two-stage base, in front of which three slabs (the central one slightly convex), placed on a band. The stele ends in a segmental arch with moulded edges at the corners. At the top, a circular panel with an isosceles cross and convex carved rays in the form of stylised trillions between the arms. Below, on the sides, two oval spaces for photographs. On the left with a portrait of a woman, on the right empty of an unpreserved photograph. Below them a rectangular panel with a plaque. On it an engraved inscription. Below, a second plaque leaning diagonally against the face of the stele with inscriptions of persons who died after 1945. Signature of the stoneworker on the first step of the base.

Inscription:

Tu odpoczywa / AUGUSTYN CHLEBIK / ⁎ 3 8. 1879 † 28 1. 1936. / ŻONA MARIE / ⁎ 14 1. 1894 † 6 9. 1971 / Odpoczywajcie w pokoju / kochany mężu i ojcze. //.
