Tombstone of Włodzimierz Trębacz

Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross perpetuated, lying beside gravestone. Cross with arms of octagonal cross section, on plinth. Plinth octagonal in plan, with chamfered upper edges. Every other side framed at the bottom by a small pyramid. On the front an engraved inscription.
