Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a trillium form, framed in the lower part by half-brackets, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. The second step of the pedestal is moulded into a hipped roof. On the front a panel closed with an overhanging full arch. In it an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[S] + [P] / TU / SPOCZYWA / S + P Wojciech / ŻYROMSKI / + RK 1911 / S P [...] / FUROM[...] / ŻYROMSKI //.
