Burial place marked by a band, at the head of which is a cross on a two-stepped plinth. Cross on its own plinth. On the first step of the pedestal an engraved inscription (2). Second step of pedestal with chamfered semicircular upper edges. On the front, engraved inscription (1). Above it an empty space left by porcelain. On the cross Christ, above him a titulus. On the back a cast-iron mount

1. Tu opdoczywa / LEON FRANEK / um. 25.9.1927 w 25 roku życia / i ojciec jego / JÓZEF FRANEK / um. 2.3.1932. w 69 roku życia //.
