Burial place marked by cross on plinth. Cross wider at the lower part. In front of cross an engraved inscription (1), below an oval panel with photograph. Woman shown in bust, in 3/4 view to left. She is wearing a blouse with a collar. Hair short, combed back. The plinth is in the form of stone blocks. In front of the tombstone an obliquely placed slab with a rhotic inscription (2), in front of it a smaller slab with a rhotic inscription (3). The gravestone is in a common plot with the gravestones of Zofia, Wincenty Ryzy. Originally surrounded by a fence consisting of pyramidal posts connected by a chain (fragments visible).
