Biography:

Stanisław Bandrowski - a Cracovian architect, supervised the construction of the Polish House - a hotel and restaurant in Moravian Ostrava located in an Art Nouveau building from 1900 (the seat of the hotel since the 1960s). He probably gained experience as a draughtsman in Ljubljana and Zagreb, among other places. He took up independent practice in Tarnów, where he managed to design a villa for Stanislav Podolecki. In the aforementioned Ostrava, he was employed as a designer in the construction company and design office of Bohumil Židlický. His other important works include the house and sanatorium of Václav Seidla.
