Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth. Cross with arms ending in a trilliform, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front, an engraved inscription (1). The second step of the pedestal with profiled upper edges, covered with a wider profiled panel. To the front a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. I MAPIЯ / AНДРУС[…] / * 1818 + 1872 //.
2. TU / SPOCZYWAJĄ / S + P / WOJCIECH / * 1836 + 1890 / KLARA / * 1835 + 1889 / HANISZEWSKI //.

Time of origin:

1890-1892
