Biography:

Antoni Stefanowicz (1858-1929), Polish painter and educator. Member of the National School Board. Created portraits, religious and genre paintings. In 1923, he was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. His paintings include Self-Portrait (1889), Portrait of Children (1892) and Study of an Old Man (1894).
