Burial place marked by a two-stage gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a three-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms of kotar arch design, wider at the lower part, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The second step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-circle chamfered corners, within it an engraved inscription (1). The third step of the pedestal covered with a wider profiled panel. On the front an engraved frame enclosed by a full overhanging arch framed by pea-shaped triangles. In it an engraved inscription (2). Second step of gravestone plate to front with two arches cut out.

2. TU / SPOCZYWA / S. P. / MARJA / DUBLANSKA / ŻYŁA LAT 24 //.
