The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross stylised as a tree trunk, on a pedestal and base in the form of rocks. Over the arms of the cross is a carved wreath of oak branches. Cross decorated with relief carved oak branches. On the pedestal at the front in the upper part a relief crown of thorns, in it a profile bust of Christ wearing a crown of thorns. Below, a plaque in the form of an open book with an engraved inscription. The tombstone is shared by two gravestones: Martin (d. 1924) and Maria (d. 1930) Kowalczuk.
