Biography:

Karol Badyna (1960), born in Stąporków. In the years 1983-1988 he studied at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków, in the atelier of Professor Marian Konieczny. He is the author of numerous sculptures all over the world, including a statue of Artur Rubinstein at the United Nations in New York and a statue of Fryderyk Chopin at the Singapore Botanic Garden.
