Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross plain, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ supported on a console in the form of two volutes, above a titulus. The second step of the plinth in the form of a chapel topped with a gabled roof. On the front a panel enclosed by a full arch with a relief of St Anne. She is depicted frontally, with her hands folded in prayer, wearing a long robe, with a veil on her head, and an engraved inscription below.

Inscription:

[TU SPOCZYWA] / ANNA / SIELECKA / UMARŁA […][79] […] 1927 / PROSI O [POZDROWIENIE] ANIELSKIE //.
