On the surviving fragment of the gravestone, an inscription is preserved on two sides.

Inscription:

1. [...] pierwszego Ślubu Gizy / cka drugiego Rozne / cka żyła lat 59 uma / rła dnia 3 Sierpnia 1848 roku //.

2. [...] Boże [wysłuchay] [...] / [...]ły pozostałych sierot / przyjmy duszę zmar / łej do Królestwa Swego //.
