Burial place marked by cross on plinth and two-stage base. Cross with arms terminating in cusps, on a moulded two-stage plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The second step of the base with chamfered upper edges. In the pedestal a panel with an engraved inscription (1). On the right side an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. D.O.M / MICHAŁ / DUZINKIEWI / CZ um. 24. kw / roku 1884 / urodzony / 1817 //.
2. ZDROWAŚ MARIA //.
