Burial site marked by a Christ figure on a two-stage plinth and base. Figure on its own base. Christ blessing with right hand, left hand holding up hem of mantle, burning heart on breast, feet barefoot. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved inscription (1). Second step of plinth slightly tapering upwards, covered by wider moulded panel and hipped roof. On the sides engraved frames. On the front an engraved frame enclosed by a straight overhanging arch, within which is an engraved inscription (2).

2. TU / SPOCZYWA / MICHAIł / NAHAIWSKI / * 1911 / + 1937 //.
