The burial site marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a two-stepped pedestal in the form of a rock. At the intersection of the arms of the cross a relief figure of Christ, above a titulus. On the second step of the pedestal, a relief carved figure of an angel in a long robe, with hair falling over her shoulders. The angel supports his head with his right hand and holds a plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll, with his left hand pointing to the name of the deceased. On the plaque an engraved inscription.

TU / SPOCZYWAJ[O] / S + P / WŁODZIMIERZ / 1898 + 1944 / I / JEGO CURKA / JUZEFA / 1925 + 1944 / BABIASZE / ZGINĘLI TRAGICZNĄ / ŚMIERCIĄ //.
