Burial place marked by cross on two-stepped plinth and three-stepped base. Cross on plinth. Over the arms a convex carved ribbon with a knot to the right. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of the plinth with rectangular relief and with moulded upper edges. On the front a stepped panel repeating its shape, in which is an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

Tu spoczywa / Michał / BŁYNDOSKI / Przeżył lat 64 / + 29 Maja Roku 1912. / Prosi o modlitwy! //.
