The burial site marked by a cross on a two-stepped rock-shaped plinth and base. Over the arms of the cross a convex carved ribbon. On the first step of the pedestal at the front a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll with engraved palm leaves and with a ritual inscription (1). To the left a damaged oval photograph on porcelain with a bust of a young woman wearing a hat and coat. In the lower right corner an engraved signature. To the front of the second step of the pedestal, relief carved lilies and a plaque in the form of an unrolled scroll with a rhytic inscription.

(2) Przez Twe [...] / [...] Jej wieczne / [...] //.
