ukr. Zołotyj Potik (Золотий Потік)

Burial site originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Headstone overturned. Cross with capped arms, on a high plinth. At the intersection of the arms a bas-relief crown of thorns, within which the inscription IHS and three nails. On the front an engraved inscription. The plinth with chamfered upper edges.
