Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base, in a band. Cross with arms of octagonal cross section, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief crown of thorns. Base with chamfered upper edges. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-circular chamfered upper corners, with a rhotic inscription (1). The second step of the plinth covered by a hipped roof. On the front a plaque in the form of an unfolded scroll decorated at the top with a relief leaf. On it an engraved inscription (2). On the corners of the band, at the head, two pots with a cubic base and a cylindrical shaft with a semicircular sphere.

2. TU SPOCZYWA / S. P. ANNA / HOSTYN[S]KA z / ZA[T]OR[SK]YCЬ / * 1870 + 1920 //.
