ukr. Zołotyj Potik (Золотий Потік)

Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth, in a band. Cross with arms of octagonal cross section, with tabs, on plinth. A smaller cross engraved at the intersection of the arms. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice. Engraved frames on three sides, in the front one an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWA / MICHAŁ / KAZIMIEROWICZ / * 1873 + I/VI 1929 / PROSI / O / MODLITWĘ //.
