Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross perpetuated at half height, on plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a hipped roof. In front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners, in which an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

W tem gro / bie spoczy / wa P[…] / […] / […] //.

Time of origin:

1890-1900
