Burial site marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a carving of a gabled arch, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ in relief, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with chamfered upper edges. Second step of the plinth with chamfered side edges and chamfered and moulded upper edges. On the front an engraved irregular frame with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWAJA / MARIA / KORDOWSKA / * 16/I 1881 + 24/V 1921 / I JEJ CURKA / JÓZEFA / * 25/VI 1906 + 25/V 1921 //.
