An earth tomb on a rectangular plan covered with a slab, at the head of which is a cross on a three-tier plinth and base. The cross is wider in the lower part, on a plinth. The first and second steps of the plinth with profiled upper edges. On the third step of the plinth on the sides engraved frames with quarter chamfered corners. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-palmetres at the corners, within which is an engraved inscription.

D.O.M. / SZCZEPAN JAN / DĄBROWSKI / ŻYŁ 68 LAT / UMARŁ / DNIA 6 MARCA / 1840 //.
