Burial site marked by a cross and two weepers standing on a sarcophagus, two-stage plinth and three-stage base. Figural group on its own two-stage base. Cross on high plinth, set on a cuboidal pedestal framed by figures of two lambs. The weepers are depicted in counterpoint, wearing antique costumes (long girt tunics, veils and sandals). The figure on the left with an upturned torch, the figure on the right with a shield bearing symbols from a medallion of the Immaculate Conception. The second step of the plinth much lower than the first, with moulded upper edges decorated with inverted acanthus cups. The sarcophagus covered by a lid decorated on the front with stylised floral vortices scrolling into channels with peas. Above, a cornice with Ionic kimation accented on four sides by acroterions with male masks in headscarves. On the sarcophagus at the front a panel in which a plaque of white marble with an engraved inscription.
