Burial place marked by a cross on a stele and a three-tier base, in a band. The stele framed at the sides by two cuboidal panels, interrupted at the top by a monumental medallion in which a bas-relief head of the Virgin Mary facing three-quarters, wearing a veil. Below, two cartouche-shaped panels in which contemporary metal plaques with engraved inscription on upper (1) and lower (2).

1. Ś + P / MARIA LAT 54 / ZDZISŁAW LAT 29 / MARIAN LAT 24 / FLAMANDZCY / ZMARLI ŚMIERCIĄ MĘCZEŃSKĄ / 12 MARCA 1944 / RIP //.
2. Ś + P / JAN WASMAŃSKI / LAT 38 / ZGINĄŁ ŚMIERCIĄ MĘCZEŃSKĄ / W OBOZIE KONCENTRACYJNYM / W BUCHENWALDZIE / 24. 12. 1943 / RIP //.
