Burial site originally marked by a cross on a four foot pedestal and base. Cross not preserved. First and second steps of plinth with chamfered upper edges. An engraved signature on the second step of the pedestal at the front. The third step of the pedestal with moulded upper edges. The fourth step of the plinth with simplified beaming comprising architrave and cornice, covered by a hipped roof with semi-circular peaks on each side. On three sides stepped panels. In the front a marble plaque with ritual inscription.

+ / Olga / HAUSNERÓWNA / zmarła w 9 wiośnie / życia 14/10 1907. / śpij słodko! //.
