Burial site originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. Base with chamfered upper edges. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of architrave and cornice, covered by hipped roof. On the front a stepped panel, in it an oval space for a photograph covered with engraved oak leaves, below an engraved inscription.

TU SPOCZYWA / JÓZEF / STARCZEWSKI / PRZEŻYWSZY LAT 70 / + [5]/8 1923 WIECZNY / ODPOCZYNEK. //.
