Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with pointed arms, chamfered, with moldings, on plinth. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the plinth with moulded upper edges, covered by a hipped, stepped canopy. On the front an engraved inscription.

ZABRAKŁO BOGU ANIOŁKA W NIEBIE / DLATEGO ZBRAŁ STASIA DO SIEBIE / * ²⁵/₄ 1881 + ¹⁰/₁₁ 1892 //.
