Burial site marked by cross on two-stage plinth and base. Reconstructed cross on a three-tier plinth. At the intersection of the arms a metal figure of Christ. First and second steps of plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the second step of the pedestal at the front a cast iron structural element, below an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

PROSI / O / ZDROWAŚ / MARYA //.

Time of origin:

1920s-1930s.
