Burial site marked by an angel figure on a rock-form plinth and base, in a two-stage stone band. The figure on its own base. The angel is seated on a rock, his head slightly tilted to the right, resting on his right hand in which he holds an anchor. In his left hand he holds a rose flower. The figure is dressed in a long robe, with exposed feet. Rock entwined with a floral wreath. On the pedestal at the front a concrete plaque with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

TU / SPOCZYWA / SP NAJDROZSZA / CÓRECZ[K]A / JADWIGA / ŁUKASZEWSKA / * 23 I 1934 .+. 16 XII. 1941 / STROSKANI / RODZICE //.
