Burial site marked by angel figure on rock form plinth and base. Figure on its own base in the form of rocks. Angel depicted frontally, kneeling on right knee. The figure is dressed in a long robe, girt at the hips. The right hand is forfeited, originally resting on the breast, head raised towards the sky. On the pedestal at the front a plaque in the form of an open book with an engraved h. Oksha in the upper left, below an engraved inscription (1). To the right of the plaque (2).

2. Spoczywa / w Panu / naszu kochany / Synuś / ADRYANEK / * 15/7 1897 / + 5/2 1899 //.
