Burial site originally marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross perpetuated, lies beside gravestone. The plinth slightly tapering upwards, covered by a wider moulded panel. Profiled panel on three sides with quarter-circular chamfered upper corners, in the front panel an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

+ / TU SPOCZYWA / MARYA / Z BIL[IK]ÓW / RAD[ŁOWS]KA / * 1[...] [1842] / + [...] / [PROSI] / O ANIOŁ PAŃSKI //.
