Burial place marked by a cross stylised as a tree trunk on a rock-shaped plinth. Over the arms of the cross a drapery in relief. On the pedestal at the front a plaque in the form of a folded book with an engraved inscription. On the left is the engraved inscription (1), on the right (2).

(1) LEON / SCHMOLIK / kerownik szkoły / ur. 28 KWIET 1835. / + 2. lutego 1895 / prosi o poz[...] aniel[...] //.
(2) Najlepszemu / Ojcu Mężowi / i bratu / Strapiona / Rodzina //.
