Tombstone of Jan Zajączkowski

Burial site marked by concrete cross secondarily set on plinth. Cross bracketed by a cast iron band, on a plinth. INRI inscription engraved on the upper shoulder. Plinth tapering upwards, covered by a wider panel. On each side engraved frames with quarter-circular chamfered corners, in the front one an engraved inscription.
