Burial place originally marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a trillium form broken, lies on plinth. Plinth covered by a wider moulded panel. On the front an engraved frame with chamfered quarter circular upper corners. In it an engraved inscription (1). To the right of the plinth an engraved frame with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

1. TU / SPOCZYWA / S. P. / ZOFIJA / Z GRUSZE / CKICH TAR / CZYŃSKA / ZM 1885 //.
2. TU LEŻY M[ARIA] / Z GRUSZECKICH / GŁĘBOCKA (...) //.
