Tombstone of Jakub Franku[w]a

Burial place marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is a cross on a plinth and base. Cross on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ in relief, above a titulus. The plinth tapers towards the top, with chamfered side corners and profiled top edges. On the front an engraved inscription.
