The burial place is marked by a gravestone, at the head of which is an obelisk on a pedestal and base. On the obelisk a pea-shaped cross with arms ending in a trillium is engraved on the front, with an engraved inscription below. The plinth with chamfered top edges.

WŁADYSŁAW / KRUPSKI / EMER NACZELNIK / SĄDU / GRODZKIEGO / w BUCZACZU / * ¹⁴/_XI1874 / + ¹/_XII1934 //.

1934-1937
