Sepulchral chapel on a roughly rectangular plan closed with a semicircle. The façade is crowned with a triangular gable with a second cross. Below, on the axis, a circular panel in which a reproduction behind glass is inserted, depicting Christ with a crown of thorns according to Guido Renie. The window surround is in the form of multi-coloured glass slates. Below a semicircular closed entrance to the tomb in a brick band. The entrance is secondarily bricked up with decoration in the form of a simple cross set with glass slates. At the intersection of the arms of the cross is a bas-relief ceramic head of Christ wearing a crown of thorns, shown in profile. Surrounded by a secondary Ukrainian inscription (1), below by a date (2).
