The burial place is marked by an earth tomb on a rectangular plan covered by a slab, at the head of which was originally a cast-iron cross on a two-stepped plinth and a two-stepped base. The cross is not preserved. The second step of the pedestal with octagonal uplift accented with pinnacles at the corners. On three sides panels closed with a biforium arch on three sides enclosed by a biforial sharp arch, above it a sharp arch inscribed in a rectangular protuberance. On the front a fragment of a granite plaque with an engraved inscription.

Inscription:

[…] / N[aj]drożs[z][…] / Naju[k]ochańs[z][…] / pokó[j] Ich ci[e]niom! //.

1851-1900
