Tombstone of Gabriel Kozakiewicz

Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a trifoliate, on a plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The first step of the plinth with profiled upper edges. On the front a carved frame with quarter-circle chamfered upper corners. Second step of plinth covered with wider and then narrower moulded panels. On three sides engraved frames with quarter chamfered upper corners. In the front one an engraved inscription.
