Tombstone of Josef Kratochwil

Burial site originally marked by urn on column and on two-stage plinth and base. Urn not preserved, only footprints remaining. Column with a capitol decorated with angel heads at the corners, cannelled shaft, moulded base. On the front a panel with quarter-circle chamfered corners, with an engraved inscription (1). On the second step of the pedestal a panel with a granite plaque bearing an engraved inscription (2).

Inscription:

1. […] / […] / […] świeczki […] / […] i miłości […] / […] tu spocz […] / […] tchnieniem //.

2. Tu spoczywa / Jozef / KRATOCHWLA / urodzony 10. Czerwca. 1852 / przeniósł się do wieczności / 2[…] Lutego 1863 //.
