Burial place marked by cross on plinth. Cross with arms of octagonal cross section, on a plinth where a carved skull with tibias is relief on the front. At the intersection of the arms a convex carved crown of thorns, within which is carved the inscription IHS, below which is an oval plaque. An engraved inscription on the cross and plaque to the front. The plinth is tall with chamfered top edges.

INRI / DOM / wiecznego Spoczynku / Ś.P. / [W]ie[lce] / kocha / nego / Dziecka Anny / Kuliczkowskiej / Urod. 6. Sier 1872 / Umar 25. Lutego / 1875 //.
