Burial site marked by a cross on a plinth and two-stage base. Cross broader at lower part, on plinth. At the intersection of the arms a relief carved figure of Christ, above a titulus. The plinth with chamfered upper edges. On the front an engraved frame with quarter-circle chamfered corners with a ritual inscription on the right (1) and left (2).

Inscription:

1. TU / SPOCZYWA / FRYKA […] / CKA ŻYŁA 14 / PROSI / O MODLITWY / 1918 //.
2. TU / SPOCZ[YWA] / JULIAN / WIDE[…] / ZN[…] //.
