Burial place originally marked by a cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross not preserved, on plinth. First step of plinth with chamfered upper edges. The second step of the plinth covered by a wider, moulded panel. On the front a panel, in it a sandstone plaque decorated with engraved intersecting palm branches, below an engraved inscription.

MARIA / STEMPEL / ZASNĘŁA W PANU / W 57 R ŻYCIA / DNIA 23.VIII.1933 r. CZEŚĆ JEJ PAMIĘCI //.
