Burial place marked by cross on plinth and base. Cross with cusped arms, chamfered, on plinth. A smaller cross engraved at the intersection of the arms. The plinth tapering upwards, with moulded upper edges. On four sides panels, in the front one an engraved inscription.

TU SPO / CZYWA / W. P. / [AN]TONI / [PO]RSZT / UR. ROKU 1854 / ZMAR[Ł] DNIA / 30 SIERPNIA 1905 //.

1905-1908
